I'm looking forward to our journey together.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, cum laude, from the School of Professional Studies at CUNY, and a Master's Degree in Social Work from NYU. I have extensive mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorder experience, having worked in outpatient mental health, inpatient psychiatry, outpatient substance abuse treatment, and long-term residential treatment. I have worked in hospital settings, clinic settings, and private practice settings. I also have extensive experience in group therapy, having facilitated hundreds of therapeutic groups in my career.

I am a NYS licensed Master Social Worker (NYS license No. 106207).

I hold the U.S. Department of Transporation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) credential, specializing in substance abuse evaluations/fitness-to-return assessments for workers in D.O.T. regulated industries.

I also hold a certification in Integrated Mental Health and Addiction Treatment, offered jointly by the NYS Department of Mental Health and Columbia University's Department of Psychiatry.

I have focused training in Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (R-CBT) from the Beck Institute.

I am currently finishing-up my first book, Dial It Down, a guide to self-management of anxiety.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. So long as you are located anywhere in New York State, we can work together.
